Over time, protective tensions and fascial restrictions that accumulate from stored body memory can limit 75% or more of the range of motion possible and needed for healthy alignment, flexibility and circulation of vital energy. In BMR 2, you will learn rotational release techniques that release tension and restriction of the abdominal viscera, cranial sacral and myofascial systems. These gentle, sustained twists and turns of the body significantly improve range of motion of the spine, hips, shoulders, ribcage and cranial sutures. BMR 2 will advance your hands-on skill, confidence and expertise applying myofascial release, cranial sacral, visceral myofascial release and unwinding techniques. It will also enhance your ability to treat and release old guarding responses, restore proper alignment and increase the flow of vital energy throughout the body.
