Body armor refers to heavily restricted and guarded muscles and joints from old protective patterns and their inter-related body memories. Good therapy and exercise is often limited by unrelenting body armor.

In BMR 3, you will learn to identify and release body armor including the dense myofascial structures such as bone and ligaments. Utilizing the same sensitive protocol learned in BMR1, we will explore the value and need for heavier and longer held pressure to areas of dense fascial restriction. You will also learn the art of positional release techniques that efficiently use supported stretches rather than pressure to gently and gradually fatigue resistance to movement and release.

BMR3 techniques are essential for progressing clients past repetitive patterns and into new vital states of change.

Take BMR 3 to:
• Expand your hands on skills to include deep tissue body memory unwinding
• Learn to provide strength without force or loss of sensitivity
• Learn to treat bones, ligaments and dense fascial structures
• Learn the efficient use of positional release techniques
