Journey Includes:
Mountain climbing, hiking, Qi Gong exercises, healing exercises in the energy vortices, guided meditations, authentic Native American ceremony and spectacular site seeing.

Theme: Nature as Healer
The group will hike into Sedona's red rock mountains where they can absorb the energy of the earth, release accumulated stress and experience the nurture of nature. Your guides will offer exercise instruction that will help you experience a deep healing connection with nature and your own inner healer.

Native American Sweatlodge: (Optional to participants) A Native American sweatlodge ceremony will be provided one evening (weather pending) by local native Mario Cruz. This is a special addition to the Journey and offers participants the opportunity to experience the gentle healing of native ceremony.

Meet Your Sedona Guide & Facilitators

Jonathan Tripodi
Jonathan Tripodi has lead transformational journeys in Sedona for the past 10 years. He is an avid outdoors man, mountain climber and mind-body healer. He lived in Sedona for 3 years and knows the territory and the power spots. He will provide you with safe passage into the magical red rock mountains of Sedona where he will guide you through a transformational adventure.


Dr. Janine Lex
Janine is an accomplished practitioner of oriental medicine and subtle energy healing. She will lead daily qi gong exercises in the ancient energy vortexes of Sedona's red rock mountains. The subtle energy movements of qi gong will calm and center your mind, nourish your body, eliminate stress and re-connect you with your innate source of peace and vitality. The exercises learned in Sedona can be practiced and shared with others when you return home.

Mario Cruz
Mario provides Native American Sweatlodge ceremonies at his home in Sedona. Native Americans of long ago recognized the healing energy of Sedona's red rock mountains and visited there for sacred ceremony. Mario will provide you with an education of the Sweatlodge ceremonie as well as an opportunity to experience it. (Optional/weather permitting).


Amalia Camateros
Amalia, author of Spirit of the Stones, is a ceremonialist and EarthSpirit wisdom guide who inspires others to reconnect with the Earth as a living spirit. Amalia has worked in the field of health and consciousness for over 24 years and is an accomplished naturopathic physician and counselor. She will guide you through a movement exercises in the red rock mountains that will awaken the heart connection we have with the earth.

Cancellation Policy: Your registration fee is fully refundable up to 30 days prior to the Journey minus a $50 processing fee. Cancellations made inside of 30 days are not refundable but transferable to another seminar or retreat at any time in the future. Cancellation requests must be made in writing.
