Global Movements are a unique combination of exercises derived from martial arts, dance, meditative practices and yoga that integrate flexibility, strength, coordination, endurance and balance with meditative awareness.

Movements consist of 60+ exercises that articulate all joints of the body through a circular range of motion. All movements are done meditatively and are appropriate for beginners, dancers and advanced fitness experts.
