Vision Trek is a four day retreat with in the red rock mountains of Sedona. At night, you sleep indoors at a hotel of your choice. Hotel recommendations are below. During the day, I will lead the group on a trek into Sedona's red rock country for hiking, mountain climbing and transformational healing exercises. Participants will enjoy all the healing benefits of "The Sedona Journey Retreat", but with the added thrill of more challenging climbs.

Each day, we will climb some of the most beautiful mountains of Sedona that provide inspiring views, thrilling technical challenges and ecstatic rushes of red rock energy! At the mountain tops, we will harness the red rock energy for transformational healing exercises that liberate the body of accumulated stress, fear, emotion and body memory. In an "open" state, we will take in the earth's energy to heal, rejuvenate and inspire us. Exercises include Body Memory Unwinding, meditation, native american ceremony, accessing your power animal and the use of affirmation & intention to manifest changes in yourself and your life.

What participants are saying about Vision Trek:

"I can't believe it's already been a month since we met on the Sedona Journey experience. There is not a day that passes that I don't travel back there in my mind. I feel like part of my spirit is there are all times. It's striking how much the experience changed me, in ways I'm still coming to understand. I am so grateful to have been a part of the group and I thank you for bringing us this amazing opportunity for healing and growth."
