Our intensive treatment programs provide the opportunity for individuals with physical or stress related challenges to maximize their healing potential in a short period of time . Overview

Intensive programs consist of daily therapeutic treatment over a 3, 5 or 10 day period that is customized by Dr. Janine Lex and TEAM to meet each patients unique needs and maximize their self-healing abilities.

Intensive programs begin with a consultation with Dr. Lex who provides a thorough review of your health history. She will review previous tests, x-rays or lab work that you have provided and determine if additional tests are needed. Her exam is followed with a treatment plan designed to help you maximize your highest potential for relief and resolution of your symptoms and help you achieve progress beyond previous plateaus.

 

Why an Intensive Program.

Many individuals have accumulated stress, injuries, trauma and surgical scarring over a lifetime. At some point, the body can no longer adapt and symptoms develop, typically in the form of pain. Too often medication, surgery, therapy, exercise and other forms of self-treatment do not resolve symptoms or get to the source or multiple sources of the symptoms.

Sources of pain and physical dysfunction:
- the habit to suppress stress rather than release it
- body armor (hardened, restricted connective tissue and muscle tension)
- a diet deficient in the proper amount and balance of vital nutrition and mineralization
- dehydration
- a lack of proper and balanced movement and exercise
- chemical toxicity
- inadequate function of the detox organs (liver, kidneys, intestines, colon, skin)
- hormonal imbalances
- adrenal fatigue or burnout

Until a person's whole body and whole person is evaluated and treated, symptoms often persist. Our Intensive programs provide individuals with a comprehensive approach to wellness, often for the first time.

In addition to approaching symptoms comprehensively, intensive programs interrupt a person's habit to survive. The hustle and bustle of our daily lives does not always permit a person to heal. Simply speaking, many individuals are too stressed to heal. When a person devotes a concentrated amount of time to healing and receives adequate support and treatment, they are better able to come out of survival mode, release stress and enter a state of deep healing.

Intensive Treatments

Out intensive programs consist of treatment over a 3, 5 or 10 day period. Dr. Lex and TEAM will evaluate you holistically so that the treatments provided address the primary cause or causes of your physical problems or stress related conditions. The treatments offered are as follows.

3 Day Intensive: Average Cost $1,200
4 hrs. of consultation and treatment w/ Dr. Janine Lex
- 2 hr. initial evaluation and treatment with Dr. Lex
- 2 hrs. of treatment which may include acupuncture, non-force chiropractic adjustments or laser

5.5 hours of BMR therapeutic bodywork w/ Jonathan Tripodi, CMT & Amy Crocetti, PTA
- 3.5 hrs. one-on-one treatment
- 2 hrs. of two-on-one TEAM treatments


5 Day Intensive: Average Cost $1,985
6 hours of consultation and treatment w/ Dr. Janine Lex
- 2 hr. initial evaluation and treatment with Dr. Lex

10 Day Intensive: Average Cost $3,610

17.5 hours of BMR therapeutic bodywork w/ Jonathan Tripodi, CMT & Amy Crocetti, PTA
- 13.5 hrs. one-on-one treatment
- 4 hrs. of two-on-one TEAM treatments

4 hours of Alexander Technique

Body Memory Recall (BMR) Intensives

BMR Intensives consist exclusively of BMR therapeutic bodywork. The 5 day Intensive also includes functional exercise training and movement re-education utilizing the Alexander Technique. One on one treatments are combined with two-on-one TEAM treatments to maximize your therapeutic response. More about BMR

3 Day Intensive: Average Cost $1,125
7 hours of BMR
- 4 hours of one-on-one treatment

12.5 hours of BMR
- 9.5 hours of one-on-one treatments
- 3 hours of two-on-one TEAM treatment
- 2 hours of Alexander Technique

Payment & Financing:

Our office does not process insurance. However, a receipt will be provided to you with the information relevant to your visit required for insurance claims so you may file personally. Please refer to your healthcare insurance company directly for information on your coverage. Your healthcare insurance provider will make the final determination on your eligibility for reimbursement.

Payment is due at time of treatment and accepted methods are: cash, business or personal check, American Express, Visa, and Mastercard.

Cancellation Policy:

A $750 deposit is required to secure the dates and therapists for your Intensive Program. This deposit is fully refundable or transferable to another available date if we are notified of a change in your plans at least one week (five business days) prior to your scheduled program start date.

If cancellations are made less than 5 business days prior to your scheduled program start date, we will retain 50% of your deposit.

Cancellation within 24 hours of appointment times will incur a fee of 100% of scheduled treatment.
