This recipe uses:
  • Spinach - One handful
  • Broccoli - 1/4 of one bunch each shake
  • Carrots - Two
  • Apple - One
  • Beets - One medium beet
  • Two celery stalks
  • One really big red or green kale leaf

Add water to allow for desired consistency.

You can also add two scoops of protein powder but this is optional.

Broccoli and spinach are important as simply because these life giving foods have so many healthful benefits.

Celery is an important adrenal booster.

Apples, beets and carrots may have a lot of sugar, but the health benefits of all outweigh the fact they have natural sugar (fructose) and since we are consuming the fiber right along with the juice it helps lower the GI score a little bit.

As much as possible, cut back on dead cooked and processed foods and attempt to incorporate living foods into your diet.

Find a mix of veggies and fruit that you enjoy. You’ll be amazed how once you blend the veggies together with a few varieties of fruit how good it tastes. Try to add plenty of Cruciferous vegetables because the evidence that this type of vegetable provides miraculous health benefits mounts each day.
